Mold testing has two phases: onsite sample collection and laboratory analysis. Together they typically take a few business days from start to delivered report.
Onsite collection
A typical residential inspection with air or surface samples takes 60–120 minutes onsite.
Laboratory analysis
Accredited labs typically return results within 2–5 business days. Rush options may be available.
Report delivery
Once we receive lab results we prepare your written report with photos, findings, and recommendations.
