1. Schedule Your Inspection
Call us or use our contact form. We confirm a time that works — same-day available for urgent calls.
2. Pre-Inspection Interview
We discuss your concerns, history of leaks, symptoms, and any prior remediation work.
3. Visual Assessment
We inspect interior spaces, attic, crawlspace, exterior, and HVAC components for visible mold and moisture indicators.
4. Moisture Mapping
Calibrated moisture meters and infrared thermal imaging identify damp materials and hidden moisture sources.
5. Sampling (When Needed)
We collect air, surface, or swab samples using industry-standard protocols. Outdoor controls provide baseline context.
6. Independent Lab Analysis
Samples go to AIHA-LAP, LLC accredited laboratories for analysis. Results are typically returned in 2–5 business days.
7. Detailed Written Report
Your report includes photos, moisture readings, lab results, and plain-English recommendations.
8. Follow-Up Support
We're available to discuss findings, talk through remediation scopes, and answer questions about next steps.
