What Happens During a Mold Inspection
Knowing what to expect makes the process easier. A typical Mold Check Pro inspection includes the following steps.
1. Interview
We discuss your concerns, symptoms, history of leaks, and any prior remediation.
2. Visual assessment
We inspect interior spaces, accessible attic/crawlspace, exterior, and HVAC components for visible mold and moisture indicators.
3. Moisture mapping
We use calibrated moisture meters and thermal imaging to locate damp materials and hidden moisture sources.
4. Sampling (if needed)
Air, surface, or swab samples are collected and submitted to an accredited lab.
5. Report
You receive a written report with photos, lab results, and clear recommendations.
